Position Overview :
As a Bilingual Spanish Telemarketer, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential clients, conducting follow-ups, and generating leads for our insurance products. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will be essential in fostering relationships with our Spanish-speaking community and contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities :
Receive in-bound and Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce State Farm products and services.Provide information and answer questions about insurance options in both English and Spanish.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.Follow up on leads and manage client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.Work closely with the sales team to ensure client needs are met and to maximize lead conversion.Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly telemarketing goals.Qualifications :
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.Previous telemarketing or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.What We Offer :
