Systems Plus is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our Germantown office. Part-time Monday - thru - Thursday 10 : 00am to 2 : 00PM - 4hours per day 4 days per week. $15.00 to $17.00 per hour plus commission Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and energetic telemarketer to join our team. The telemarketer will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone to promote our Janitorial services, generate leads, and close sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities :
- Contact potential customers to introduce and promote services
- Explain product features and benefits to potential clients
- Answer questions and provide information about services
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Follow up with potential customers to finalize sales and close deals Qualifications :
- Previous experience in telemarketing
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
