Responsibilities

Outbound Calling : Initiate calls to potential clients with the aim of promoting and selling marketing services offered by Nicole Hupp & Associates.

Client Engagement : Establish a positive relationship with clients, presenting the companys services in an appealing manner, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Lead Generation : Identify and generate leads that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Data Management : Maintain and update a detailed record of client interactions, ensuring accurate tracking of all sales processes.

Feedback : Gather client feedback and insights to help improve service offerings and client satisfaction.

Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to meet company targets and objectives efficiently.

Requirement

Experience : Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field is preferred.
