The Client Relations Specialist is a professional level role within our Retirement

Solutions Division and requires strong knowledge of Retirement Service industry.

The Client Support team works closely with all functional teams across the organization to facilitate the resolution of client reported issues, service requests, and / or retirement plan operational issues. The team serves as an extension of the Relationship Management team supporting TRAC clients. The Client Relations Specialists are crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring smooth operations for effective retirement solutions.
