We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our amazing team.
As our Registered Nurse, you will serve as a key member of the clinical team, providing training and education to clients, and families to maximize the physical well-being and safety of clients. The RN is responsible for the evaluation of all health related information which is included in client medical histories / referral information. Also develops and monitors appropriate procedures for client medication management and maintains client health records as required. The RN evaluates the medical status of clients and coordinates required referrals to medical and health-related professionals, as needed. This position offers and a manageable patient census where you can spend quality time with your patients and make a noticeable difference in their lives.
Qualifications : Graduation from a state-accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure in the State of Nevada. Basic Life Saving Certification. One year professional experience in rehabilitation nursing, experience with adults with TBI and other disabilities. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a busy environment with multiple distractions.
