A company is looking for a Hospice Telephone Triage RN. Key Responsibilities Provide after-hours triage support for hospice and home health clients Utilize technology and EMRs for patient documentation and care coordination Manage multiple calls while adhering to protocols and providing empathetic communication Required Qualifications MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is preferred Experience in fast-paced environments such as ED, surgical services, or critical care Comfortable with technology and accessing multiple applications during calls Must reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work for any employer
