We are seeking a Flooring Territory Sales Manager to cover the North Carolina and South Carolina regions for a growing flooring company. This organization is a leader in innovation, providing beautiful flooring to big-box home centers and flooring specialty stores.
Purpose :
The role of a Territory Sales Manager is to manage and grow sales within an assigned geographic region. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the flooring industry, and the ability to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Sales Management
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence within the assigned territory.
- Identify and target potential customers, including contractors, builders, retailers, and distributors.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the Company's products.
