As part of ourCardiac Rhythm Management (CRM)division,you'llcontribute to life-saving innovations that treat irregular heart rhythms, heart failure, and help prevent sudden cardiac arrest. Withnearly twodecades of innovation and clinical leadership, Boston Scientific is globally recognized as a trusted leader in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM).As aTerritory Manager,you'llrepresent a portfolio of these life-changing technologies in a defined geographic region-developing strong clinical partnerships, driving strategic sales, and supporting procedures that directly improve patients' lives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive sales by scheduling and conducting callswith current and prospective customers to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and unit targets


  • Develop and execute strategic, data-informed territory sales plansbased on product positioning, market competition, and customer needs


  • Engage hospital personnel and physiciansthrough consultative conversations to understand procedural volume, product usage, and unmet needs-and align Boston Scientific solutions accordingly


  • Resolve product-related issues and service concernsthrough innovative thinking and collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, pricing, and clinical research


  • Expand access and visibility by developing strong relationshipsacross hospital departments, including identifying keypurchasinginfluencers and decision-makers


  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrationsthat educate clinicians and support the adoption of our CRM technologies


  • Oversee and manage clinical resourcesto support device implants, programming, troubleshooting, and follow-up care across the territory


  • Provide direct support during device implants in hospital labs and operating rooms, followed by ongoing engagement to ensure long-term patient and customer satisfaction


Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent clinical or sales experience


  • 3years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical field sales


  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to confidently explain and support complex product solutions


  • Willingness toparticipatein a 24/7/365 rotational call schedule with your sales team


  • Flexibility to work variable hours and complete an extensive onboarding and training program


Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or MBA


  • Experience in Structural Heart, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, or related fields


  • 5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical field sales


  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to confidently explain and support complex product solutions


  • Prior experience supporting cardiovascular device implantation

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $60,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
