Job description

**New Grads** This is for you!!

This is a unique position that only comes around periodically so it is a special opportunity! This position is focusing on recent 4 year or 2 year grads (with 1-2 years of relevant work history) who have a mechanical aptitude! They will train in for 2 years and completion of this program will lead to either a Territory Technical Rep position, a Technical Specialist position, or other suitable positions within North America!

Here is what they're offering:

  • $75k - $80k base pay
  • $5k target bonus incentive

  • All but $10 a month for family/employee dental insurance
  • 6% 401k match

Job Description:

  • Provides technical and service support for products at the dealer location or customer site, including investigating concerns/ effectively identifying resolutions and assisting in training for dealer service techs, both at dealer locations and at company training locations
  • Regularly prepares and presents detailed technical reports of product performance and reliability issues to management.
  • Assists with completion of Product Improvement Programs and Campaigns as requested.
  • Schedules dealer and customer visits as dictated and directed by the technical needs of Field Support and Warranty Manager or at the request of the Region Technical Manager(s).
  • Reports customer and dealer visits and territory activity on a regularly scheduled weekly basis.
  • Reports results and variances periodically and propose necessary actions and works closely with the Field Support and Warranty Manager.
