Job description

Oversee branch operations, sales quotas, financial responsibilities, and strategic priorities of the territory. You will understand and capitalize on growth opportunities based on the local market. You will set the strategic priorities for your territory including forecasts, training, quotas, budgets, etc. You will hire, coach, and develop branch managers. You will monitor sales performance to ensure customer service levels are maintained / enhanced while achieving appropriate sales metrics. Drive business growth by managing several branches. Deliver value by training and directing your organization to meet customer needs. Make an impact by taking full ownership for the operational and revenue success of your territory.

We are seeking Territory Store Managers Southeast Territory (Atlanta, Tennessee, Northern Florida).

JOB DUTIES :

Customer Communications

Forecast & Budget Management

Establish Branch Objectives

Team Management, Training, and Coaching

Vendor & Training Management

YOU MUST HAVE :

Minimum 5 years of management experience

Multi-unit sales experience preferred

WE VALUE :

Excellent organization & project management skills

An ability to direct, lead, and motivate others

An understanding of business drivers

An ability to manage complex situations

Significant sales experience

Previous branch management experience

A technical understanding of (market) products
