Join a team that plays a vital role in advancing scientific research!
As a Test Article Coordinator, you’ll support essential study operations by ensuring the accurate handling, tracking, and integrity of test articles and study materials.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage test articles and samples — receiving, shipping, labeling, storing, transferring, tracking, disposal, and inventory reconciliation.
- Review shipping documents.
- Coordinate retrieval and return of study materials and documents.
- Maintain accurate client inventory records.
- Identify and communicate discrepancies.
- Support internal customer requests.
- Help maintain GLP-compliant storage environments.
- Participate in on-call rotation for storage-unit alarms.
- Perform other operational duties.
Who You’ll Work With:
- Dose Formulation & Analysis Technical Staff

Education & Experience:
- Associate’s degree (Life Sciences preferred)
- Experience with internal/external customer service
- Ability to use various computer applications and department-specific software
- Excellent documentation skills
Schedule & Pay:
- Schedule: 1st shiftFlexibility required for:OvertimeOn-call rotation every 4–6 weeks
- Pay: $23/hr.
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
