Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Test Engineer to join our team. We have opportunities in the Miami, FL area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Leads and managing the software testing efforts of an Agile Product Team.
• Create and execute Test Plans, ensure the quality of software releases, and identify and report any defects or issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as developers and product managers, to ensure all software is tested thoroughly and meets the required quality standards.
• Mentor and coach junior testers and provide guidance on best practices in software testing.
