Primary Responsibilities :
- Flight Operations Management :
- Oversee daily flight operations and ensure adherence to company policies and aviation regulations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for flight operations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
- Investigate and report on any flight incidents or accidents, proposing measures to prevent future occurrences.
- Represent the flight department in external forums, including regulatory discussions and industry conferences.
- Participate in budget planning and management, allocating resources for pilot training, aircraft maintenance, and operational expenses.
