Job Overview :

Oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive test strategy for a complex system integration and data migration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing test environments, gathering requirements, and collaborating with development and DevOps teams to ensure seamless system functionality.

Key Responsibilities :

Test Strategy & Execution : Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive test strategy, including planning, execution, validation, and continuous improvement.

Test Environment Management : Oversee the setup, configuration, and monitoring of testing environments, ensuring alignment with system requirements.

Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine test requirements, ensuring alignment with business and technical needs.

Test Case Development : Design, document, and execute integration test cases, ensuring thorough validation of system functionality and interoperability.

Defect Management : Identify, track, and prioritize defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.

DevOps Collaboration : Leverage DevOps tools and practices to streamline test automation, continuous integration, and deployment processes.

Risk Assessment & Mitigation : Identify potential risks related to system integration and work proactively to develop mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Communication : Provide regular updates on testing progress, challenges, and recommendations to project managers, engineers, and leadership teams.

Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and enhance testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills :

Experience : 6+ years of experience in system integration testing, with a strong background in test strategy development and execution.

Technical Expertise : Proficiency in testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).

DevOps Knowledge : Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI / CD pipelines.

Requirement Gathering : Strong ability to elicit, document, and manage test-related requirements.

Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Collaboration : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with development, DevOps, and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Familiarity with performance and security testing methodologies.

ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.

Education requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Information / Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems or equivalent discipline.
