GP Strategies has an immediate need for an Aircraft Recertification Assessor / Proctor Lab to support a large aerospace client in Jacksonville, FL (Cecil Field). We are seeking candidates who can conduct re-certification assessment / proctoring facilitation covering a broad range of Aerospace Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, and Structures subject matter. This is a full-time, benefitted role.

Job Summary :

• Conduct / coordinate recertification facilitation events for customer employees.
• Conducts and performs Re-certification Assessments using the appropriate medium and method (computer-based electronic testing, written testing, and practical application testing) to satisfy business needs and requirements.
• Assesses and tests the competence of employees in performing tasks of re-certification and qualification to comply with government and organizational standards and specifications.

Responsibilities :

Assess / test practical application testing to meet the requirements

Determine the needs of learners within the LMS (My Learning)

Roster results in MyLearning

Maintain secure storage of tools and materials
