This is a full-time, on-site position at our Ontario, CA location. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Typical pay for this position is $65,000-$70,000. The final offer for this position will be based on the unique experience and qualifications of the candidate selected. This position may also be eligible for a bonus not included in the base pay range.
The Delivery Tester is responsible for executing standardized testing and supporting product validation activities across multiple products and platforms. This role ensures consistent test execution, accurate documentation, and proper sample management to support development, licensing, and launch readiness. The Delivery Tester plays a key role in maintaining product quality and providing clear, actionable feedback to cross-functional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Project Execution & Milestone Management - Manage projects from T1 through ETR milestones. Ensure alignment with timelines, deliverables, and program objectives.
- Workflow Planning & Tracking - Maintain and track workflow (WF) schedules. Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and status updates.
- Brand Collaboration – Support the preparation and delivery of product information, assets, and materials for marketing initiatives.
- Product Data Management – Manage product item setup and maintain attachment rate data to support product planning and sales analysis.
- Testing Team Support - Support the Testing Team by coordinating schedules, deliverables, and communication to ensure successful product validation.
- Licensing Coordination - Coordinate licensing submissions and approvals. Ensure compliance with partner requirements while adhering to timelines.
- Cross-Functional Communication - Serve as a central point of communication across engineering, testing product, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment along with timely decision-making.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3+ years of experience in product testing, quality assurance, or hands-on technical roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with product assembly or operation
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple samples and tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic documentation tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with remote control (RC) vehicles, either through personal interest or professional experience
- Experience testing mechanical or vehicle-based products
