Job Purpose :

Handles and directs clients as they check in their vehicles.

Primary Responsibilities

Greet our clients as they check in their vehicles in a professional manner.

Assist checking in clients utilizing the kiosk.

Direct clients to the appropriate advisors or managers.

Inspect the vehicle for damages and document findings using a picture / video app.

Prepare documents for next-day appointments.

Build and maintain knowledge of basic center information and act as a resource for clients asking questions.

Handle client complaints or refer to appropriate center employees as necessary for resolution.

Maintain a tidy reception desk area at all times.

Compose and prepare routine correspondence.

Maintain files and other records in a secure and confidential manner.

Keep service drive traffic clear.
