Job Summary

Job Summary :

Working as a Banquet Sales Manager , you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and sales for our Wortham Theater banquet space for events. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following :

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy and Planning :

• Responsible for negotiating contracts and close of banquet sales
• Responsible for operation of the banquet event space in accordance with the approved budget while providing the Client with the maximum value for the dollars spent
• Ensure achieved sales goals and revenue are met per the contract and guidelines
