A24 is currently seeking a Marketing Director for the Cherry Lane Theatre. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the creative and strategic marketing needs and is entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, well organized, and a team player. The ideal candidate is able to work both independently and collaboratively to drive strategy and results for our historic Off-Broadway theater.
Initial Responsibilities
- Develop and own the marketing strategy, roadmap and objectives for the reopening of the the Cherry Lane Theatre
- Build unique, dynamic and forward-looking marketing plans and creative materials for each individual piece of programming
- Oversee the creation of all relevant marketing materials including but not limited to the website, social media, digital advertising, playbills, and posters in line with CLT brand guidelines and voice
- Foster community support to build awareness and buy-in across multiple stakeholder groups
- Collaborate with the managing director, programming director, and A24's in-house marketing team, as well as external partners and agencies as needed, to drive the best outcomes for our theater and projects

Our target salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $120,000. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting salary within the range will depend on various considerations, including : work experience, skills, specializations, and training. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus and employee benefits.
