The Learning Experience in Germantown is seeking a caring energetic and patient Twaddler Teacher to support our curious and active two year olds. If you love guiding young learners through early milestones and creating a joyful structured environment this is the perfect role for you.

What Youll Do

Create a warm safe and engaging classroom for two year olds

Support social emotional cognitive and motor development through play based learning

Guide daily routines including meals potty training transitions and learning activities

Use TLEs award winning LEAP Curriculum to deliver developmentally appropriate lessons

Maintain a clean organized and joyful classroom environment

Build positive communication with families and collaborate with your teaching team

Tennessee Requirement

Must have credentials documented in TNPAL Tennessee Professional Archive of Learning and meet Tennessee childcare training standards. Infant Toddler Certification or related coursework is a plus.
