Title Clerk (Entry-Level) | Fast-Paced Office Environment

Location: Carmel, IN (On-Site)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Title Clerk to join a thriving, high-volume operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to grow within a stable organization.

This role is primarily focused on processing and organizing vehicle title documents—perfect for candidates who like hands-on administrative work without customer-facing responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

• Process and organize high volumes of vehicle titles (approximately 4,000 per day across the team)
• Match titles to corresponding documents such as bills of sale
• Sort and alphabetize documents by dealer name
• Enter and track title information within internal systems
• Stamp, assign, and prepare titles for shipment
• Maintain accuracy and organization in a fast-paced production environment

Quick learner with basic computer and typing skills
