ABOUT METHUEN CDJR
Methuen CDJR — part of The Best Automotive Group — is opening a brand-new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership in the heart of the Merrimack Valley, and we’re building our business office from the ground up.
We are an established, family-oriented automotive group with a strong reputation for integrity, professionalism, and outstanding customer service throughout the region.
Our reputation is built on being easy to do business with, honest in every interaction, and focused on creating a pressure-free experience for every customer.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Title Clerk / Deal Processor to be a key player in the Methuen CDJR business office. You’ll cap deals, process titles and registrations, and keep the paperwork side of the store running clean and on time.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, thrives on deadlines, and already knows their way around a deal jacket. Prior dealership title / deal processor experience is required — this seat is not for someone learning the industry.
Pay: $21–$26 per hour, based on experience.
Top of the range goes to candidates with proven CDJR / dealership title and deal-processing experience.

-
Support month-end close by keeping schedules current and clean throughout the month
-
Communicate with Sales, F&I, lenders, and the RMV to resolve issues quickly
-
Maintain organized, audit-ready deal files and title records

-
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new software quickly
-
