Currently, we have a Title Processor opportunity with a busy and well-established title company for their office located in Boca Raton, FL known for its service-oriented approach, industry expertise, and long-term client relationships.

Your Specific Duties Will Include :

Reviewing and understanding real estate contracts.

Reviewing and interpreting title insurance requirements.

Entering orders accurately and efficiently.

Ordering surveys.

Ordering lien searches and addressing related matters.

Ordering estoppels and resolving estoppel-related issues.

Processing lender title order requests.

Communicating with all parties involved in the transaction to gather necessary information and documents.

Specific Qualifications for the Position Include :

Experience in processing Florida real estate transactions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage a pipeline of 30-40 files simultaneously.

Proficiency in RamQuest software (preferred).

Strong attention to detail.

Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and resolve title-related matters.

Pay Rate Range : $ 21.63 - $26.44 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors such as qualifications, skills, experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as a 401(k) plan.
