In this work-from-home role, you'll focus on building relationships with customers through high-volume inbound calls - no cold calling, nomission! You'll assist customers with their unique needs, educate them about coverage options, and offer available products tailored to their needs. Bring your active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license, and we'll provide the technology and systems to make the sales process easy, so you can focus on the customer. This is a remote position; preferred candidates live within the state of Arkansas.

Bilingual Spanish / English positions are also available.

Must-have qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
• A minimum of two years relevant work experience.
• OR} A minimum of two years post-secondary education

Training starts September 2024

Schedule : Three schedule options to choose from, all schedules include a weekend day
