Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Title Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $26.00 to $30.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Review and process vehicle ownership documents to ensure accurate transfer and registration activities.
Verify records, enter data into company systems, and maintain organized documentation throughout the transaction process.
Prepare and submit required paperwork to governmental agencies and other authorized entities.
Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve documentation issues and address inquiries.
Track outstanding items, monitor follow up activities, and assist with special projects and administrative support tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with document processing, administrative support, customer service, or a related business function.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling sensitive records and documentation.
Qualifications:
Prior experience with vehicle title processing, registration documentation, or related transactional work.
Notary certification or willingness to obtain certification.
Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong problem solving abilities with the capacity to research and resolve discrepancies independently.
Dependable and positive team player with strong time management skills and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
