As an Insurance Brokerage Representative, you will build upon your Property and Casualty Insurance industry knowledge and become part of a specialized team focusing on helping agents place insurance coverage when Rural Mutual is unable to provide coverage. There will be a high emphasis on learning the brokerage market, understanding the ins and outs of policy maintenance, while developing strong relationships with agents and brokers.

Compensation :
$50,000 - $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Intermediary between agent and broker regarding new business, mid-term adjustments, cancellations, and renewals
- Answer agent inquiries and questions
- Assist agents with the completion of renewal applications
- Provide payment options to agents
- Provide accurate and timely client invoicing
- Ensure that all paper and digital files are accurately maintained
- Issuing, quoting, and proper processing of bonds
- Adhere to RMIC and SSI company protocols
- Assist other team members with duties as assigned
