  • Handle funds associated with the transaction, including disbursement of escrow funds, ensuring accurate accounting of all transactions.
  • Facilitate the signing of documents with clients and ensure that all required documentation is properly executed and notarized.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and reviewing legal documents.
  • Knowledge of federal and state real estate regulations, including RESPA and TRID requirements.
  • Ability to resolve issues proactively and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • A notary public license or the ability to obtain one within a specified time frame.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or additional coursework in real estate, business, or related fields is a plus.
  • Established relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other industry professionals.
  • Certification as an Escrow Officer or professional development in title and escrow services.
