Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of building systems (e.g., plumbing, electrical).
- Follow SOPs for preventative maintenance tasks.
- Manage and document work orders in CMMS.
- Collaborate with other departments and oversee vendor activities.
Qualifications :
