A dynamic global law firm known for its excellence and innovation in legal services, is seeking a Trademark Attorney with experience in representing large brand owners to join their Dallas Trademark practice. The ideal candidate will have developed skills in . Prior experience in a large law firm setting is preferred. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills. Candidates should enjoy working with others in a team oriented setting. Writing samples will be required.

Experience :  2 – 5 years in relevant practice of relevant experience with trademark and copyright issues.

Responsibilities :

• Assist team in for all trademark and copyright-related activities for multiple business segments, including trademark searches, risk assessment, clearance, prosecution, maintenance, enforcement, counseling and litigation.
• Advise on managing a trademark portfolio, consisting of domestic and foreign marks as well as complex legal and business issues.
• Navigate the US Trademark Office’s processes to secure registration efficiently for clients.

Requirements :

Salary : $180,000 to 250,000
