Responsibilities
NV5 is seeking a full-time Senior Traffic Engineer . The major objectives or outcomes of position include : Manage and work on projects in the Traffic Services Group including traffic studies, due diligence analysis, signal warrant studies, bike / ped plans, corridor studies, parking plans, traffic signal design, signal timing, ITS, safety studies, traffic control plans, striping plans, and concept designs.
Most frequent and essential work activities :
Interact with clients from project startup to completion.
- Complete and / or oversee projects on time, within budget, and of the highest quality.
- Prepare proposals and contracts.
- Meet with existing and potential clients and maintain positive client relationships.
- Represent NV5 at professional functions.
