We are seeking an experienced HVAC Dispatcher to join our team in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will be local to the area, with a stable work history, and possess at least five years of experience in dispatching or coordinating services within the commercial HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently manage and dispatch HVAC service technicians to various job sites, ensuring timely response to service requests.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on service schedules and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Optimize the scheduling of HVAC technicians to maximize productivity and ensure the timely completion of all service orders.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician assignments, and job completion statuses. Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to management.
Handle emergency service calls and coordinate rapid deployment of technicians to address urgent HVAC issues.
Qualifications
At least five years of experience in dispatching or service coordination within the commercial HVAC industry.
Proven track record of local employment in the Bay Area with a history of stable and consistent work performance.
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both clients and technicians.
Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both internal teams and external clients.
