Key Responsibilities Capture and report results of training evaluations Function as the Administrator for training programs, including scheduling and reporting Create and maintain a training calendar and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs Required Qualifications PhD in relevant fields such as Molecular Cell Biology, Bioinformatics, or Computer Science 5 years of experience in training and development or related work Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat U.S. Citizenship is required Ability to obtain a government security clearance
