Training Manager (Long-Term Contract | $70K Starting Salary)
A well-established nonprofit organization is seeking a Training Manager (Customer Service) to design, develop, and implement a comprehensive training program from the ground up. This role requires a highly motivated and professional individual with strong leadership skills, executive-level administrative capabilities, and experience in training development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a full training curriculum for multiple customer service functions, including call centers, billing, accounts receivable, and in-person support.
- Lead training sessions and facilitate learning programs tailored to adult education methodologies.
- Evaluate and refine policies, programs, and procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Collaborate with leadership to assess training needs and implement best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to customer service teams across various functional areas.
