Our client is a $1B manufacturer with locations throughout the US and is seeking a Training Specialist.
Position .
- There are already curricula in place for all programs from entry-level, service, engineering, and leadership development which must be tweaked and formalized for each program.
- Some content will be outsourced or provided by the various departments; some will be personally delivered.
- Will be the coordinator for all training programs. Limited travel to other sites on occasion.
- Must have excellent communication and coordination skills and will be dealing with management, executives, and vendors to provide all training programs.
