KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Sales Training and Culture to join our Growth and Strategy organization.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the coordination of various activation groups and drive project / program management (MarketEDGE and broader sales programs)
- Build leadership reports / presentations, sourcing and analyzing data and stories to frame the narrative
- Collaborate in the development of a digital learning journey for broader sales training incorporating aIQ
- Ideate and drive the coordination of skill badging for the broader sales curriculum
- Coordinate and project manage pilot sessions on navigating client conversations and building relationships to ensure coverage across key sectors and verticals
- Vendor management including setting up new, coordinating with existing and working with procurement in contractual agreements; organize and drive voice of the customer sessions to obtain key insights into program needs and outcomes
