THE WORK
- Aegis Officer Operator instruction and curriculum development : This individual will join a multi-instructor and developer workforce providing Aegis and BMD curriculum and instruction for our U.S. and International Program customers.
- Develop innovative training solutions and recommendations to support emerging training requirements, provide technical liaison between OEM, product development teams and internal and external customers, support technical meetings, and develop specialized briefs.
- Deliver formal training for internal and external customers, conduct instructor evaluations, and submit training reports.
- Domestic and Foreign travel is required.
- Primary work location is Dahlgren, VA. or Moorestown, NJ.
US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain a DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position.
