OverviewWhat You’ll Be DoingAs a Training Coordinator in our Technology Solutions Division you will be supporting a federal government project to train and coordinate State agencies onboarding to a new federal government program. You will be working alongside a very mature, high functioning, and autonomous product development team. State agencies will need to be trained to understand, use, and integrate with the new federal product. As a Training Coordinator, you will be working with a variety of individuals with a broad range of expertise. Let’s solve the world’s most challenging problems together.ResponsibilitiesEstablish common understanding of the functionality for the product based on series of client stakeholders and subject matter expertsTrain stakeholders on system / API functionality and development requirementsManage schedule and backlog for customer training and integrationSupport customers with ad-hoc requests and non-technical troubleshootingFacilitates customer communication and engagementFoster a positive customer relationshipDevelop resources and documentation to support the training and integration effortCoordinate with other impacted team members and disciplines, including researchers, designers, and engineersDocument business processes by creating workflow diagrams and flow chartsOffer limited technical translations of the product to stakeholders and customersReport on progress to team, client, and stakeholdersQualificationsUS Citizenship is required for this contract3+ years of relevant job experience in Training or teaching.IT skillsPrior experience as training, implementation specialist, or customer engagement rolesExceptional organizational and analytical skills to be able to operate with autonomy and quickly solve problems on the flyExceptional written and verbal communication skills to have a warm and supportive client presenceMust be comfortable presenting without a script in front of a large client groupsMust be a team player and be able to build positive working relationships with team members and project managers that encourage open communication and a supportive team environmentExperience in Federal Environment will be a strong plusBA or BS in related field of study requiredAdditional Information : Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include : medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs.The minimum starting salary for this position is $90,000.
