Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Law, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in transaction management, real estate, finance, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of transaction documentation,pliance, and workflow management. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with transaction management platforms a plus. Strong analytical, negotiation, andmunication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multipleplex transactions simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end transaction processes, including due diligence, documentation, approvals, and closing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the transaction.
- Ensure all transactionsply withpany policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare, review, and track key documents, contracts, and reports.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, real estate, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Track and report transaction progress, highlighting potential risks or delays.
- Negotiate terms and support the drafting and execution of agreements.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure proper archiving and audit readiness.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to optimize transaction management efficiency.
