Maintain precise records, regularly update databases, track progress, and uphold strict compliance standards. Skillfully negotiate repairs and contract terms to protect client interests and facilitate continuous transaction momentum. Certify complete accuracy in all contract elements, including signatures, dates, and required disclosures. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Transaction Coordinator in real estate. A real estate license is required. (Must be Full Broker). In-depth knowledge of real estate contracts, forms, and disclosure requirements. Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with transaction management software and customer relationship management systems. A customer-centric approach, ensuring professionalism and empathy in all client interactions. Established brand authority with a strong reputation in the Triangle market.
