Fleetpro has over 40 years of industry leadership experience, and our Maintenance Organization is on the hunt for a dynamic, customer-focused Transit Bus Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead our fleet maintenance operations. What You'll Do :
- Lead and Inspire : Oversee the daily operations of our fleet maintenance, including maintenance, repair, fueling, and washing of our 20 New Flyer Cummins ISL engine-powered transit buses.
- Optimize Operations : Implement best-in-class maintenance techniques and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures to meet and exceed production, productivity, and service standards.
- Manage Resources : Control inventory and financial performance by analyzing reports, managing purchases, and maintaining vendor accuracy.
- Collaborate Effectively : Work closely with Dispatch to meet operational needs, coordinate with your team to schedule maintenance, and ensure high-quality preventive and corrective repairs.
- Drive Excellence : Audit fueling and washing schedules, verify accurate timekeeping, and generate insightful reports from our Fleet Maintenance databases.
- Develop Talent : Train, coach, and mentor your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment.
- Maintain Safety : Uphold the highest standards of safety and cleanliness in the facility, ensuring compliance with health regulations and security protocols.
