Key Responsibilities
Lead utility stability studies using PSS E and define study scopes aligned to planning criteria
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through paired studies and structured learning sessions
Interface with utilities and RTOs / ISOs on project scoping, progress, and findings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited) or equivalent; MSEE preferred
10+ years of power system studies experience, with 5+ years leading stability studies
Expertise in PSS E steady-state and dynamics required
Experience with ISO / Utility interconnection processes and study methodologies
Proficiency with Python for PSS E automation preferred
