Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking compassionate and motivated graduate-level and associate-level therapists to join our growing outpatient team. This position is ideal for recent graduates, early-career clinicians, and associate-level therapists seeking strong supervision, mentorship, and support in building a successful caseload.
We are looking for clinicians who are collaborative, eager to learn, culturally responsive, and passionate about providing quality mental health care to children, teens, adults, couples, and families.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide outpatient therapy using evidence-based interventions
· Conduct intake assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
· Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
· Maintain agreed-upon caseload and productivity expectations
· Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team
· Participate in supervision, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities
· Build therapeutic relationships and support positive client outcomes
· Provide compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care
Qualifications
· Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related mental health field
· Active or associate-level licensure in North Carolina (e.g., LCMHCA, LCSWA, MFTA)
· Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
· Strong desire to learn, grow, and develop clinically within a supportive outpatient environment
· Experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families is a plus
· Training in CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma-informed care, or Play Therapy is a plus
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
· Experience using SimplePractice or similar EHR systems is a plus
· Commitment to culturally competent and trauma-informed care

· On-site position based at our Raleigh – Brier Creek office
· Clinicians will report to the Associate Clinical Director for supervision and support
