Colorectal Surgeon - 1.0 FTE | Renton, WA

Valley Medical Center (VMC) is actively recruiting a full-time (1.0 FTE) Colorectal Surgeon tojoin our collaborative network where you will have easy access to system-wide support as you work alongside a highly motivated and skilled Colorectal team. We provide patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse population of patients. About the position :

General Schedule : Clinic 1.5-2 days; OR 1.5-2 days; Endoscopy 1 day.

Clinic Hours 8a-4 : 30p M-F.

Works with 1 other Colorectal Surgeon and 1 Colorectal PA.

Call : 1 : 5 group call, no ED call; supported by 24 / 7 Acute Care Surgery team.

Clinic is well-equipped for office-based anorectal procedures and flexible sigmoidoscopy.

Ample access to robotic surgery platforms with well-trained robotics team.

Qualifications :

BE / BC in Colorectal Surgery.

Completion of colorectal surgery fellowship.

Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority.

Clinical experience is preferred. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience in robotic surgery preferred.

TOTAL COMPENSATION : $440,000 - $500,000

Amounts listed do not include quality / service incentives, and / or extra shift incentives as applicable.

Our plan includes an income guarantee, wRVU bonus incentive, sign-on bonus, reimbursement toward moving expenses for qualified individuals.
