Benefits - Weekly pay with direct deposit - Paid training and on-boarding - Cell Phone use Reimbursement - Set schedule and / or work often as you want on a variety of assignments including in-home and facility-based placements - Employee of the Month and weekly recognition Job requirements - Minimum one (1) year of documented experience is required - Current CPR Card certified by The American Heart Association - Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray - Physical - Valid Driver's License and proof of auto insurance - Smart phone with internet service - State of California HCA (Home Care Aide) Registration - Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality - Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
