Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual (English & French) Production Manager to join a fast-growing inbound tour operator that specializes in group travel across the U.S. and Canada. This remote role blends operations, product development, supplier contracting, and client support-ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multi-functional environment. The position supports the creation and management of tailored group travel programs primarily for French-speaking clients from Europe. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and French to effectively communicate with international clients and suppliers.
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and yearly update of U.S. and Canada group travel products
- Manage destination operations and supplier relations for U.S.-based programs
- Create detailed itineraries, quotes, and program content for B2B tour operator clients
- Negotiate pricing, services, and room allotments with hotels, restaurants, and attractions
- Ensure operational logistics for confirmed group bookings
- Develop new themed travel programs and explore creative travel experiences
- Provide remote support for on-the-ground issues during group travel (as needed)
- Research and build relationships with new suppliers and tourism boards
