Customer Service Representative

With 41 Arizona and 35 Colorado locations, Cobblestone has been providing top-tier quality for more than 25 years. The company prides itself on providing unparalleled service, products and customer experience, all at competitive prices and a quick, efficient pace. Cobblestone is dedicated to supporting local communities, non-profit organizations, and local businesses, such as Phoenix Children's Hospital, Children's Hospital of Colorado, first responders, law enforcement, veteran's organizations, teachers and more. Cobblestone annually donates approx. $300,000 to over 125 charitable organizations.

What You'll Do :

Greet every customer as they arrive to our locations.
Provide prompt, courteous, top-of -the-line customer service.
Tender transactions for our Car Wash, Lube Shop and Convenience Store customers accurately and efficiently.
Discuss and promote current customer promotions and membership options.
Suggestive upselling
Adhere to all state and federal laws including but not limited to alcohol, tobacco and lottery sales.
Follow all company dress code, attendance and policy procedures.
Ensure all vendor shipments are put away in a timely manner.
Fills product holes in shelves and maintains company's cleanliness standards

What You Bring :

A positive, outgoing personality.

Attention to detail.

Dependability

Previous experience in retail is preferred but not required.

Flexible schedule

Ability to stand for long periods of time to perform essential job duties.

Ability to effectively communicate and follow directions.

Willingness to attend company trainings and meetings

Food Handlers Card (We will help you get this if you do not possess one)
