We are currently seeking a phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. PST's may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Pay Range : $21.00 - $33.00 per hour

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees / certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Work Schedule : Monday through Friday 5 : 00 am-2 : 00 pm, additional hours and rotating weekends may be required

Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD / LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only. Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
• Process billing information and collect payments when required
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed
