  • Oversee inspections for complex systems and interfaces, ensuring issues are resolved without impacting schedule.
  • Drive punch list completion for complex or fast-track projects while protecting turnover milestones.
  • Lead commissioning and turnover efforts for complex systems and mission-critical projects.
  • Anticipate quality risks associated with complex sequencing, systems, or tolerances and drive corrective action.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead field teams on complex or mission-critical projects, aligning multiple leaders toward shared outcomes.
  • Reinforce accountability under complex, high-pressure conditions while maintaining team performance.
  • Actively develop future superintendents through mentoring, feedback, and increased responsibility.
  • Lead performance discussions and development planning for superintendent-level staff.
  • Sustain strong culture during periods of complexity, pressure, or rapid change.

Client Coordination/Communication

  • Communicate complex field conditions, risks, and mitigation plans clearly to clients and internal leadership.
  • Lead coordination with clients, inspectors, and partners on complex or mission-critical activities.
  • Anticipate and manage client impacts associated with complex sequencing, outages, or critical milestones.
  • Lead client-facing field meetings and critical milestone reviews.
