As a Store Setup Team Member, you'll travel across the country to help build and refresh AutoZone stores from the ground up. As a Store Setup Team Member, you'll be part of a full-time, nationwide traveling team responsible for transforming AutoZone retail spaces into fully operational stores. This role involves hands-on fixture installation, merchandising, and collaboration with local teams to ensure every store meets our brand's high standards. Responsibilities * Travel to construction sites and existing store locations across the country * Install display equipment and merchandise to meet AutoZone's high standards * Construct fixtures following prototypical floor plans * Collaborate with and train local AutoZoners in setup processes and fixture construction * Ensure they are completing all required project tasks in a timely manner in accordance with company standards * Merchandise new stores and remodel existing ones using detailed planograms * Follow all company policies and procedures Qualifications What We're Looking For * Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old to apply * Valid Driver's License & Safety Compliance: Must possess a valid driver's license and adhere to AutoZone's driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation. * Physical Requirements: Ability to lift approximately 70 lbs., load and unload trucks, move fixtures and merchandise, and remain comfortable standing for long periods, walking, bending, climbing ladders and maintaining a full range of motion. * Team Player: Cooperative and responsible team player with a willingness to take on additional duties Travel Requirements * Ability to travel up to 100% of the time to designated project locations.
