As a Traveling Superintendent , you will manage all on-site activities for federal and government construction projects , ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within scope. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, coordination, and supervision of subcontractors and crews.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, federal standards, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and government representatives to align on project goals and expectations.
• Monitor progress against schedules and budgets, proactively addressing any issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Oversee quality assurance and ensure all deliverables meet federal and contractual requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including daily reports, inspections, and compliance records.
